I grew up in a vegetarian family, so from a very early age I was learning about the foods that were needed to ensure that I didn’t feel tired, had great energy levels, and felt satisfied after meals. I didn’t know it then, but most of these needs were around adequate iron and protein intake.

In my early twenties I transitioned to a completely vegan diet. So on top of the lessons I had learnt as a child, I now needed to ensure that I was also achieving my recommended daily intake of calcium, B12 and Vitamin K, amongst others. 

As a Naturopath, I can very confidently say that living a successful, healthy vegan lifestyle is achievable!

The Vegan Consult. This is the first step where we will focus on your transition to a vegan diet. This is also for those that are already living a vegan life but are concerned that they are not including all the right vitamins and minerals in their diet.

The Vegan Health for your Child Consult. Is your child talking about taking on a vegan diet? Is that making you nervous? Of course you want to do the best you possibly can for your child, so this is the consult for you! Let me arm you with the right tools and information to help your young one on their journey.

The Vegan Diet Assessment will present you with a 7 day food diary to complete. I will then assess this, comparing your daily nutritional needs to what you are actually consuming, and then prepare a personalised report just for you. In this report you will see any essential nutrients that you are missing in your vegan diet, how these can affect your health, and the right foods to introduce or increase in your diet. This assessment is a great first step to ensure you are living a healthy vegan life!
